Move In / Move Out Cleaning in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn

Move In / Move Out Cleaning for Bedford-Stuyvesant Homes

For a brownstone floor or an apartment, that's the clean a landlord's walkthrough checks against: every cabinet and drawer inside and out; oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher inside; the stove pulled and the floor behind it done where possible; bathroom fixtures descaled and grout scrubbed with non-abrasives on old tile; closets wiped; light fixtures, vents, switch plates and door frames cleaned; walls spot-cleaned for the marks where furniture stood; window interiors, sills and tracks done; parquet damp-mopped with a neutral product and detailed into every corner. For a whole brownstone or frame house it's the same clean across every floor, with a team so it finishes in one day.

Brownstone details — parquet, wood trim, mantels, plaster moldings, stained glass — get neutral, non-abrasive products so nothing is dulled on the way out or the way in. For sellers, that means a buyer's walkthrough passed without comment; for buyers, a house that's clean to your standard before the boxes come off the truck. Brownstone owners turning over a rental floor can book it alone.

We book to your dates — the day after the truck leaves, the morning before the walkthrough, the gap between keys and movers — including evenings and weekends at no premium, and nobody needs to be there. A one-bedroom takes three to four hours; a whole brownstone gets two or three cleaners. The flat rate is confirmed before we arrive with no stair fee, and if anything's flagged within 24 hours we come back free.

Pricing is a flat rate confirmed before we arrive — use the instant estimator for a range in seconds. For everything this service covers and how we approach it, see our Move In / Move Out Cleaning page, or read more about cleaning in Bedford-Stuyvesant.
