Move In / Move Out Cleaning in Cypress Hills, Brooklyn

Move In / Move Out Cleaning for Cypress Hills Homes

We clean an empty Cypress Hills unit the way the walkthrough inspects it: every kitchen cabinet and drawer inside and out; oven, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher inside; the stove pulled and the floor behind it done where possible; bathroom fixtures descaled and grout scrubbed; closets and shelves wiped; light fixtures, vents, switch plates and door frames cleaned; walls spot-cleaned for scuffs; window interiors, sills and tracks done; floors vacuumed, mopped and detailed into the corners.

For tenants that's a full deposit back. For buyers of a two-family it's every floor clean before the furniture arrives, and we'll do both units in one visit with two cleaners. For owners turning over a unit between tenants, we're a same-week option with a flat rate that makes budgeting simple, and we'll schedule several units together where the dates line up.

We book to your dates, evenings and weekends included at no premium, and nobody needs to be there — hand us the keys and go, or leave a code. A one-bedroom takes three to four hours; a whole house gets two cleaners. There's no distance charge and no stair fee; the flat rate is confirmed before we arrive. If anything is flagged within 24 hours, we come back and fix it free.

Pricing is a flat rate confirmed before we arrive — use the instant estimator for a range in seconds. For everything this service covers and how we approach it, see our Move In / Move Out Cleaning page, or read more about cleaning in Cypress Hills.
