About Shining House Cleaning Services of Brooklyn, NY

Our Story

Shining House Cleaning Services of Brooklyn, NY opened in 2014 on DeKalb Avenue because finding a cleaner in this part of Brooklyn was harder than it should have been — cleaners who didn't show, prices that changed on the day, and nobody who wanted to work around a real schedule. We set out to be the company that answers the phone, arrives when it says it will, and charges what it quoted.

That's what 7,500+ cleans and a 5.0-star rating are built on. Every cleaner is trusted and vetted, arrives with all supplies and equipment, and works from a checklist so a regular clean is genuinely the same standard every time. We book seven days a week including evenings, you don't need to be home, and roommates can split the flat rate however they like.

Pricing is simple: a flat rate agreed before we arrive, no hourly meter, and no distance charge for being further out. If something isn't right, tell us within 24 hours and we'll re-clean it free. 10+ years in, most of our work is repeat clients and the people they've recommended us to.
