Our turnover service is designed to make that reliable: scheduled to your check-out and check-in times, done to a staging checklist written for your listing, and confirmed with photos so you can see it's guest-ready from wherever you are.

The clean itself covers everything a guest touches: beds stripped and remade with fresh linens, bathrooms sanitized and restocked, kitchen cleaned and dishes put away, floors done, glass and mirrors wiped, trash out, supplies topped up, and the space staged the way your photos show it. We'll note anything left behind or damaged, and we can handle laundry or coordinate with your linen service.

We turn over railroad apartments, converted lofts and shared apartments across Bushwick and beyond for hosts who rent full-time and for people letting a home while they travel. Shared apartments are one flat rate for the whole place, and roommates can split it however they like. Each turnover is a flat rate confirmed up front, and if anything falls short, tell us within 24 hours and we'll fix it free.
