Standard Cleaning in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn

Standard Cleaning for East Williamsburg Homes

The converted industrial buildings between Bushwick and the creek hold lofts with twelve- and fourteen-foot ceilings, exposed brick and ductwork, big steel-framed windows and floors that are polished concrete, original wood or new planks. Dust collects on top of the ducts and along the window mullions where a standard clean never looks, and the windows are the first thing anyone notices. A Standard Cleaning here brings extension poles and does the top half of the space, squeegees the windows, and vacuums exposed brick with a brush head rather than wiping it.

The rest of the clean is the same checklist as everywhere: kitchen counters, stovetop, sink and appliance exteriors sanitized; bathroom scrubbed and disinfected; floors vacuumed and mopped with a product that suits them; surfaces dusted; mirrors and interior glass wiped; trash out; beds made and living space tidied. Many East Williamsburg lofts are shared or double as studios, and we'll work around a workspace — tell us what to leave alone and it goes on your notes.

We schedule seven days a week including early mornings and evenings at no premium, and nobody needs to be home if you'd rather leave a key or a code. Every cleaner is trusted and vetted. The flat rate depends on bedrooms and bathrooms only — no distance charge, no stair fee for a walk-up — and anything missed is re-cleaned free within 24 hours.

Pricing is a flat rate confirmed before we arrive — use the instant estimator for a range in seconds. For everything this service covers and how we approach it, see our Standard Cleaning page, or read more about cleaning in East Williamsburg.
